COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

as at 1 March 2022

We are able to operate under all traffic light levels.

If you are directly affected by Covid-19 sudden lockdown or Ministry Of Health required isolation
and are unable to travel out of your area/region, we can cancel your booking and hold your payment
as credit to be used towards a stay within 3 months of your cancellation.

Our standard cancellation policy still stands if your request to cancel or change dates is not linked to
Covid-19 developments.
