Summer Booking Applications
Applications for our annual Summer Bookings are open from 1 January to 1 May each year.
How the booking process works
- Download and complete a Booking Application Form for each campsite or cabin you wish to book. Please ensure each form includes the details of the guests who will be staying on that specific site or in that cabin.
- Email your completed application forms to [email protected]
- From 1 June, our team will process all applications.
- On 1 July, you will receive a booking confirmation by email if your application is successful.
Your booking confirmation will include:
- Your allocated site or cabin number
- Arrival and departure dates
- Payment and deposit information
Payment Schedule
- First payment: Due 1 August. This payment is 50% of the site fee (the base rate for up to two people) and secures your booking.
- Second payment: The remaining 50% of the site fee is due by 15 November.
- Additional guests: Any balance owing for extra people staying on your site or in your cabin can be paid on arrival.
Peak Period Online Bookings
Online bookings through our website for the peak holiday period (20 December to 9 February) are not available year-round. We generally open online bookings for this period later in the year, around October, once our annual summer booking allocation process has been completed.
