Summer Booking Application Process

We have an application system for our 26/27 Summer Bookings, if you wish to book in you can apply from January 1st to May 1st 2026.

The process is as follows:

• Download and complete the above Bookings Application Form for each site/cabin. These details need to be for the guests staying on that specific site/cabin.
• Email the completed forms to [email protected]
• Our staff will book each application form in from June 1st, and each site/cabin will be emailed a booking confirmation.
• These booking confirmations will have details of your stay such as your allocated site number, arrival and departure dates and deposit details.
• The first payment is due 10 days after booking and it is 50% of your site fee (price for up to 2 people on your site). This secures your booking with us.
• The second 50% payment is due by 15 November.
• The remaining account owing for extra people on your site can be paid on arrival.
